This depends on the program you select however, daily is our standard! You will expect to see daily touch points from your coaches multiple times a day in the app to ensure you are actually sticking to your goal! In addition to that we run weekly 1:1 video calls with you to not only give you a fkn kick in the balls when / if you fck up. But most importantly problem create solutions to your daily issues which are preventing you from hitting this goal.

Great question, Rohan has created in-depth training demo videos that are so simple stupid you cant fck up. But if you do, we run training audit calls / videos. As well as in-depth 1:1 training audits with you on a video call to ensure you understand, this is then tracked and measured weekly until you are comfortable. We know its not in person, but honestly, as long as you can understand simple instructions and are open to asking questions you can literally become an elite level lifter.
